Because we sell age-restricted, health and hygiene-sensitive products, our return policy is more limited than a typical retail store.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, at our discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety and regulatory reasons, opened e-liquids, opened disposable vapes, and any product that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a device is defective, please bring it back to the store with your receipt as soon as possible so we can assess it and offer a repair, exchange or store credit where appropriate.
RECEIPT REQUIRED
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
